Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Expert with 5-10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, expertise in Figma, and a passion for crafting engaging user experiences across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.
- Analyze user feedback and analytics to iterate on design solutions and enhance user satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform design strategy and innovation.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a fast-paced digital environment.
- Proficiency in Figma and other design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch).
- Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and demonstrating a clear understanding of UI/UX principles.
- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present design ideas effectively.
